Kanha National Park, located in Madhya Pradesh, is one of India’s most famous and largest tiger reserves.

Spread across 940 sq. km of core area and surrounded by buffer zones, Kanha is known for its lush sal and bamboo forests, open grasslands, and meandering streams.

This enchanting jungle inspired Rudyard Kipling’s classic The Jungle Book.     • By Air: Nearest airport is Nagpur International Airport (145 km), followed by Jabalpur Airport (160 km). Taxis and resort transfers take around 3–4 hours to reach the park.

    • By Rail: Seoni Railway Station (30 km) is the closest railhead. Jabalpur and Gondia stations are also well-connected to major Indian cities. Cabs and buses are available to reach Khatia Gate and other entry points.

    • By Road: Well-connected from Nagpur, Jabalpur, and Raipur via scenic highways. Private cabs, buses, and self-drive options are popular for road trips.
